Ben Bruce Under Fire For Selling Popcorn N800

 

Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has come under attack for his criticizing President Muhammadu Buhari.

In response to his criticising Buhari, some Nigerians attacked Ben Bruce for selling popcorn at N800 at his Silverbird cinemas, they called him a hypocrite.
Bruce had tweeted about Buhari’s frequent foreign trips and the cost implication on Nigerians.
He tweeted:

A leader facing crisis must think before visiting a country whose leader will never visit your country when his own country faces a crisis.

The money it costs for one Presidential trip can pay salaries of over 1000 workers. Except absolutely necessary, such trips ought to reduce.
